_______________________________________________________ About Lori López, BA, M.Ed Lori López, a native Texan, is multi degreed, receiving her Associate of Arts from Tarrant County Junior College, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Texas Christian University and a Master of Education degree in Educational Technology. After graduating from TCU, she became a teacher through an alternative certification program offered through Tarleton State University. In 2002, she began teaching for the Fort Worth Independent School District. From 2002 to 2008, Lori focused her energies on helping children of all ages learn to read in preparation for outside world applications and also for the Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills, or the TAKS test. Lori is currently serving the Fort Worth ISD as a Educational Technology Campus Specialist. She oversees 13 campuses, 13 technology integration educators, and 485 teachers. She is instrumental in training teachers to integrate technology in everday classroom use, including instruction and presentation.
